RETURNS POLICY

 

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on Biomax-USA.com are typically processed within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. We ship with UPS and USPS. Estimated shipping time for contiguous U.S. orders takes about 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping. Get free U.S. ground shipping on consumer orders of $50 or more and on professional orders of $125 or more (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

 

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. This also includes Canada, as we are abiding by Quebec's Bill 96 French language requirements. On the other hand, BIOMAX is available in salons around the world! Make sure to check the salons near you to see if they carry our products, or contact us at Daisy@Unitedbeautymfg.com to find a BIOMAX distributor near you.



If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

SHIPPING



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURNS

 

We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email and submit a return request within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment, minus shipping. We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
